29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about July 31, 2014, and at times prior thereto, an electrical conductor under the breaker box and the ground wire located at the end of the tool house trailer had insulation damage. This condition exposed the employees to an electrical hazard.
