29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment shall be free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. The cord of the pendant control, as purchased from the manufacturer and used to control the exit cart in the #2 Slitter Line recoiler area, was excessively long, thereby permitting employees to utilize the pendant control in areas where the employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.
