29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. Publix Supermarket, 12424 Cumming Hwy., Canton, GA (Walk-in Freezer Attic) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. The employer did not provide fall protection to the employees who were required to walk and work, installing equipment communication cables, in areas where fall hazards existed adjacent to the walking/working surfaces, on or about July 19, 2014.
