29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: a) 1154 Roosevelt Avenue, Carteret, NJ 07008. Employee was operating a pneumatic nail gun installing new roofing materials while not wearing any eye and or face protection exposing his to eye and face injuries from flying debris. Condition occurred on or about 06/03/14.
