Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 002 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repairs: a) Warehouse area, 1214 Freedom Road, Cranberry Township, PA 16066: Observed on or about May 09, 2014, a hole in the warehouse floor created a hazard to employees operating forklifts, pallet jacks and an orderpicker lift truck in the warehouse area. The hole measured approximately 3 feet by 1 foot and was approximately 1 inch in depth. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards created by the use of material handling equipment on an uneven surface. Employees were also exposed to a tripping hazard.
