29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in the activities covered by this section: a) In the Noodle Building, on or about April 27, 2014, where energy control procedures had not been developed and utilized for the Beijing noodle machine when employees performed servicing and maintenance activities such as, but not limited to, cleaning the dough hooks and tubs when switching colors and at the end of the work shifts. This exposed employees to caught-in and struck-by hazards.
