29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) A & L Metal Processing, Sandusky, Ohio: On or about May 24, 2011, the employer failed to ensure immediate access to a suitable quick drench shower and eye wash in the chemical dispensing area. Employees were potentially exposed to corrosive chemicals such as 75% Phosphoric Acid and 50% Sodium Hydroxide during dispensing operations.
