29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(ii): The employer did not select and use a NIOSH-certified respirator in compliance with the conditions of its certification: (Construction Reference 1926.103) David Sheppard Construction, Braselton, GA - Employees sanding and scraping paint from wood siding, railing and columns were required to wear dust masks for protection against dust. The respirator required was not NIOSH certified, on or about 4/17/14.
