29 CFR 1926.704(a): Precast concrete wall units, structural framing and tilt-up wall panels were not adequately supported to prevent overturning and to prevent collapse until permanent connections were completed: On or about 11/02/2013, at the Fort Lauderdale Airport Runway Expansion Project, pre-cast concrete beams were placed on bearing pads the did not have retainers installed to prevent movement of the beams. PLEASE NOTE: DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
