29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii): Flammable or combustible liquids were not stored in tanks or closed containers: a) Painting area - On or about April 8, 2014, lacquer thinner used for cleaning a paint spray gun was stored in a 5 gallon can without a lid. Storage in this manner presented a potential fire hazard that could result in injury to employees.
