29 CFR 1910.133(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used eye protection that provided side protection when there was a hazard from flying objects. On or about March 11, 2014, employees were not provided side shielding for prescription glasses worn in the facility as required by the company for eye protection within the facility. Employees require such eye protection for grinding and cutting operations.
