29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: (a) At Lot-95, 2060 Nervo Road of the Lennar residential development where four employees installing exterior second floor wood framed walls were not protected from the 9-foot fall hazard from the subfloor deck to the ground below as observed on or about March 4, 2014. (b) At Lot-96, 2091 Cetrus Drive of the Lennar residential development where two employees installing roof decking on the 6:12 pitched roof of the two story single family home were not protected from the 20-foot fall hazard as observed on or about March 4, 2014. (b) At Lot 183, 2230 Romanum Drive of the Lennar residential development where two employees installing roof decking on the 6:12 pitched roof of the two story single family residence were not protected from the 20-foot fall hazard as observed on or about March 4, 2014.
