29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(xi): Cable assemblies and flexible cords and cables were not supported in place at intervals that ensure that they will be protected from physical damage: Drill site: on or about February 25, 2014, the 480 volt overhead wires running from the active pit to the premix pit were left hanging low. This condition exposed the electrical conductors to potential physical damage and employees to electrical shock hazards.
