29 CFR 1926.452(a)(4): Diagonal bracing in both directions were not installed across the entire outside face of all double- and single-pole scaffolds. On or about February 18, 2014, employees performing cornice installation on a residential home were working from single pole job built scaffold systems that did not have cross braces installed and were exposed to the hazard of falling up to approximately 21 feet to the ground below..
