29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(4): Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, or equivalent intermediate structural members were not provided between the top rail of the stairrail system and the stairway steps: On or about January 14, 2014, at Bldg. #52, 549 April Dr., Canyon Lake, TX, the employer failed to ensure employee(s) were protected from a fall hazard. The railing in the stairwells did not have midrails installed. Employee(s) were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet to the lower level on each floor.
