29 CFR 1910.333(a): Safety-related work practices were not employed to prevent electric shock or other injuries resulting from either direct or indirect electrical contacts, when work was performed near or on equipment or circuits which were or could be energized: Location: 164 Still River Rd, Bolton, MA: On or about 17 January, 2014 employees were performing work on and about 480 volt energized equipment and safety-related work practices specific to the work tasks performed had not been employed to prevent electrical shock or other injuries from direct or indirect electric contacts as required by this subpart.
