29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time-Weighted Average concentration of 50 parts per million. On December 7, 2014, employee(s) working in the DEF production/warehouse area were exposed to carbon monoxide levels that exceeded the permissible exposure limit listed in Table Z-1 of 29 CFR 1910.1000. An employee suffered carbon monoxide poisoning and had a post exposure carboxyhemoglobin blood level of 28.5%.
