29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(E): Training program content. Powered industrial truck operators shall receive initial training in the following topics, except in topics which the employer can demonstrate are not applicable to safe operation of the truck in the employers workplace: Narrow aisles and other restricted places where the vehicle will be operated; (a) Location - Loading dock: On or about 12/6/13, the employer's powered industrial truck training did not address precautions necessary for operating powered industrial trucks on the loading dock.
