29 CFR 1910.178(m)(3): A safe place to ride was not provided where riding a powered industrial truck(s) was authorized: A.) On or about Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Terminal 8 (JFK Airport), Jamaica, NY 11430 Employees required to ride inside of powered industrial trucks (i.e. high lift trucks) during transportation to airplanes for the cleaning of aircraft cabins were not provided a safe place to ride inside of the rear of the truck exposing employees to hazardous conditions. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS NOT REQUIRED
