29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees were observed carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: (a) BMC West Corporation dba BMC @ 3400 Tejon St., Denver, CO 80211: On and before November 14, 2013, an employee was observed carrying a load down a portable metal extension ladder that could have caused him to lose his balance and fall since it limited his ability to use his arms as he was descending the ladder. This condition exposed an employee to fall hazards while descending the ladder.
