29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(ii): Unstable objects were used to support scaffolds or platform units: On November 13, 2013 an employee worked from a scaffold that was erected on unstable objects such as unevenly stacked 2"x 10" boards, exposing the employee to the hazard associated with a scaffold collapse. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
