29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) Lot # 10, 259 Avery St, Marietta, GA: Employees installing roof rafters from the top plate of a new single family house with an eave height of approximately 10 feet were not provided with a fall protection system.
