(a) Cleaning and repair department: On or about 11/5/13, the bead blaster was not exhaust ventilated in such a way that a continuous inward flow of air was maintained at all openings in the enclosure during the blasting operation, in accordance with this subpart, and was leaking dust out to the surrounding area.
