29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(ii): Discarded filter pads and filter rolls were not immediately removed to a safe, well-detached location or placed in a water-filled metal container and disposed of at the close of the day's operation when not maintained completely in water. PAINTING AREA: On or about January 30, 2014, the painter changed out the filters in the paint spray booth and disposed of them in the company's dumpster along with other refuse. Materials used in the spray booth include, but are not limited to flammable liquids classified as Category 1 (Acrylic Urethane Enamel ,flashpoint 63 degrees F) and Category 2 (Epoxy Primer, flashpoint 30 degrees F).
