29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) 189 Jacobstown-New Egypt Road, Wrightstown NJ: On or about 10/24/13, employees exposed to the possibility of head injuries were working, without head protection, at ground level beneath and around another employee who was approximately 14 feet above them.
