CFR 1926.502(b)(6): Guardrail systems were not so surfaced as to prevent injury to an employee from punctures or lacerations and to prevent snagging of clothing: a) Sharp nails were sticking out of the guardrails of the construction ramp at the jobsite entrance. Employees were exposed to snag/ puncture injury. Location: 12 E 8th Street, New York, N.Y.
