29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: Employees were exposed to the hazards of smoke inhalation and burns because the fire extinguisher located on the south wall of the Back Building was blocked by boxes of product and pallets.
