29 CFR 1910.179(e)(1)(i): Trolley stops were not provided at the limit of travel of the trolley: (a) On or about September 11, 2013 the inspection revealed that employees were potentially exposed to serious injury from the use of the emergency crane without trolley stops to limit the motion of the crane to within the safe range of travel. The emergency crane is located on the face of the John Day Dam on the Columbia River near Rufus, Oregon.
