29 CFR 1915.73(e): When employees were working near the unguarded edges of decks of vessels afloat, they were not protected by personal flotation devices meeting the requirements of 29 CFR 1915.158: (a) On the RMG-1000 Barge located in the slip: On August 19, 2013 and at times prior to; the employer failed to enforce the ues of personal flotation devices when working near the unguarded edges of decks exposijng the employees to drowning hazards.
