29 CFR 1910.217(b)(7)(iii): Mechanical power presses using part revolution clutches, that were provided with a means of selecting off, inch, single stroke, and continuous with the clutch/brake control, did not have a means of fixing the selection that was capable of supervision by the employer: On or about 08/15/13 at McDonough, GA: Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while operating partial revolution mechanical power presses in the Tube Bending Area.
