29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee was not protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. On or about August 06, 2013, one of two employees installing sheet metal at a construction site from a platform that was elevated by a Sky Trak Model Number 60362 Serial Number 13444 Telehandler was not protected from falls exposing the employee to a fall hazard of more than 10 feet to the ground below.
