(a) On or about 07/22/13, on 6743 Transit Road, at the new Hobby Lobby store under construction, in Williamsville, New York, holes drilled into the floor were not covered and exposed employees and workers to fall hazards. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
