29 CFR 1910.27(c)(2): A clear width of at least 15 inches (0.4 m) was not provided each way from the centerline of ladder(s) in climbing space(s): Anacapa Island Landing: On or about 10JUL13, employees disembarking and boarding vessels use a 24 inch wide fixed metal ladder to climb the side of the boat landing, the ladder does not provide a clear width of at least 15 inches from the center line of the ladder on each side of the ladder.
