29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2): In energized installations, each outlet box did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: a) An employee was using an energized outlet with no cover on the first floor to power an air compressor and reciprocating saw exposed to electrical hazards, on or about 07/18/13. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
