29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets: a) On or about July 15, 2013 at the jobsite located at 1034 S. Kostner Avenue, Chicago, Illinois - employees repairing a section of the roof were not wearing hard hats while working directly beneath employees on an uppper level performing tuckpointing activities, thereby exposing the employees struck by hazards.
