29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed: a) Jobsite located at 513 Weldon Court Millen GA - On or about and at times prior to June 27, 2013, the employer did not ensure openings on a temporary panel box were effectively closed in that a breaker and knockout was missing, thus exposing employees to electric shock hazards. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED
