29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Building #1500 - On or about June 27, 2013, an employee working on the scaffold level below employees who were working on the third tier of a tubular welded frame scaffold, were exposed to head injuries from falling objects such as but not limited to bricks and hand tools used to lay the bricks. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED
