29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: Worksite, 402 Cedar Lane, Sands Point, NY- Employees were not wearing protective helmets while being exposed to struck-by hazards from the side and overhead when standing next to a backhoe being used to move materials; on or about 6/25/13.
