29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Well - Vaira B1 Spring lake Field: On June 18, 2013 and at times prior, employee(s) were using and exposed to a corrosive chemical with a pH of 2 (Baker Hughes SCW2600 scale inhibitor). The employer did not have an eyewash unit or other potable water available for employees to flush their eyes and/or skin for 20 to 60 minutes as directed in the material safety data sheet.
