29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body was not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Gold Plane Custom Cabinets, LLC, 11170 Irma Drive, Northglenn, CO 80233: On and before June 13,013, the employer did not provide an eye wash station for the quick flushing of the eyes for employees working in the Coatings Deparment. An eyewash station was provided near the plant manager's office inside the fabrication shop but was located greater than 25 feet from the Coatings Department. In addition, the eye wash station was last inspected on July 31, 2012. This condition potentially exposed employees to chemical burns to the eyes resulting from contact with chemicals such as lacquers, solvents and oxidizers.
