29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring which passed through doorways or other pinch points: (a). Worksite located at 1944-1948 Parvin Road, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a shock or electrocution hazard in that the employees had run an extension cord through a doorway and then shut the aluminum door on the cord.
