29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: a) On or about June 4, 2013 and times prior, employees were exposed to injuries from unguarded equipment at the following location: 1) Nail pointer where product placed is into the hammer; unit located on the shop floor.
