29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail systems, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: (a)Colorado Roofing & Waterproof, LLC @ 530 Grand Ave., Grand Junction, CO. On or before April, 19, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that each employee performing activities on the roof(s) of the building under construction utilized fall protection systems to prevent fall from elevation. This condition exposed employees to the hazard of falling 6 feet or more to lower levels. (b)Colorado Roofing & Waterproof, LLC @ 530 Grand Ave., Grand Junction, CO. On or before April, 19, 2013, the exposing employer did not to ensure a fall protection system were in place at each unprotected side(s) and edge(s) used by employees as point of access to the first level walking/ working roof(s) surface where no guardrail and/or other systems were erected to protect employees from a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet to ground.
