29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6)(i): For lines rated 50kv or below, a minimum of 10 feet was not maintained between the energized line and the equipment. On or about May 08, 2013, and at times prior thereto, and thereafter the general contractor on site did not ensure that raised equipment was kept at least 10 feet away from overhead power lines, exposing the equipment operators and pedestrians to the hazards of electrical shock.
