29 CFR 1910.268(c)(3): Training provided did not include first aid training, including instruction in artificial respiration: a) Knollwood Drive and Riverdale Avenue, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724: On or about May 14, 2013, the employer failed to ensure that each employee engaged in telecommunications work was trained in first aid. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
