29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Wall top plates and/or trusses: On or about May 16, 2013, the employer did not ensure a fall protection method was implemented and/or used while trusses were erected which exposed employees to falls up to 10-feet to the concrete slab or unfinished ground below. b) Wall top plates and/or trusses: On or about May 15, 2013, the employer did not ensure a fall protection method was implemented and/or used while trusses were lifted with a crane or manually on to the walls which exposed employees to falls up to 10-feet to the concrete slab or unfinished ground below.
