29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment. On or about May 10, 2013 employees of Bayer Crop Science were exposed to electrical hazards due to two instances unused portions of electrical equipment not being closed to protect employees. A) Missing knockout on electrical panel in the main facility B) Missing knockout on electrical junction box located in the main facility
