29 CFR 1910.36(h)(3): The outdoor exit route must be reasonably straight and have smooth, solid, substantially level walkways; a. On or about August 29, 2013, near the powder coating cabinet line, the exit route from the building was not smooth, solid or level exposing employees to hazards of not being able to exit the building. The exit route from the building consisted of uneven and broken scraps of wood.
