29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: On or about 3/21/13, during tree cutting and removal operations, the employer did not ensure all employees loading debris, including tree limbs, into a wood chipper and carrying ground protection mats were provided a adequately trained employees to render first aid while working at a job site that was not in close proximity to hospital.
