29 CFR 1910.119(e)(2): The employer did not use one or more of the methodologies in 29 CFR 1910.119(e)(2)(i) through (vii) that were appropriate to determine and evaluate the hazards of the process being analyzed: The employer does not correctly use of one or more of the methodologies presented in 29 CFR 1910.119(e)(2)(i) through (vii) that are appropriate to evaluate the hazards of the process being analyzed. This violation occurred on March 23, 2013, and times prior thereto, in Blowing Agent Storage Area; where the employer, by not correctly using the "What-if" methodology for determining and evaluating the hazards of the process being analyzed for the 2010 process hazards analysis (PHA), exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards.
